Consultants will be hired on and will work as our Employee while under the assumption that the Client intends to convert that Consultant to a full-time employee within their company.
Contract-to-hire roles are excellent opportunities to experience what it’s like to work for that Client before joining the team.
Full Time Direct Hire for Clients
A full-time employee can optimize a client’s team, but finding the right fit for a permanent role can be challenging.
We assist during the sourcing, screening and interviewing phases, and then help to make the direct hire offer based on the Client’s processes.
